En la actualidad desarrolla dos líneas de investigación principales. Por una parte el estudio del papel del agua en la producción artesanal romana, analizando aspectos como el abastecimiento, la gestión y el desecho del preciado líquido en diferentes actividades productivas antiguas. Investigación que desde 2015 financia la Universidad de Granada a través de su Plan Propio de Investigación.

María Dolores Mirón Pérez

Profesora Titular en el Departamento de Prehistoria y Arqueología

Miembro del Instituto de Estudios de las Mujeres y de Género de la Universidad de Granada. Ha desarrollado su investigación en el campo de la Historia de las Mujeres en la Antigüedad clásica, especialmente en cuestiones relativas a la agencia y poder públicos de las mujeres, desde sus primeros trabajos sobre el culto imperial romano a sus estudios sobre el mundo griego y las reina helenísticas. Su investigación actual se centra en la agencia y memoria de las mujeres en las arquitecturas helenística y romana.

Macarena Bustamante Álvarez

Profesora Titular de Universidad en el Departamento de Prehistoria y Arqueología de la Universidad de Granada

Licenciada y doctor en Historia por la Universidad de Cádiz y graduada en Historia del Arte por la UNED. Ha sido becaria FPU en la Universidad de Cádiz, contratada dentro del Programa JAE-DOC por el CSIC y doctor contratado Juan de la Cierva en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Desde el año 2017 es docente en el Departamento de Prehistoria y Arqueología de la Universidad de Granada y desde el 2019 es Profesora Titular en dicha institución.

Luis Arboledas Martínez

Profesor Ayudante Doctor del Departamento de Prehistoria y Arqueología

Doctor en Arqueología por la UGR, es actualmente investigador contratado del Dpto. de Prehistoria y Arqueología de la UGR y coordinador del Grado en Arqueología de dicha universidad. Forma parte de los grupos de investigación, GAECATAO (HUM 296) de la UGR y EST-AP del IH del CSIC.
